Little & Lively (Giveaway)
You could be new around here and probably still figure out my love for essentials — wardrobe, kitchen, beauty. And when it comes to children’s item, the same applies.
I’ll spare you the long and detailed with all that and keep it to the point. It’s hard enough being a parent these days. Everywhere you turn there are too many choices, (new) rules, advertisements. Keeping up with it all can be ridiculously consuming. That’s why I have wholeheartedly adopted the “buy better, buy less” idea even in my choices as a parent.

Life Lately
The content has been a little slow around here because, if you follow along on other platforms, you know that we up and moved to South America (again - you know the drill). While being here doesn't come with a shortage of content to cover, we've been slowly adjusting as well as mostly soaking in our son's experience with travelling. The style posts will be far and few between until coming home for a few reasons; the climate is a lot different and it's also not ideal to have some of your personal items out and about here (certain jewellery, wardrobe pieces, and the camera we normally use to shoot outfit and details).

8 Health Inspiring Instagrams
The whole, "new year new me" mantra sounds good. I mean, really good. And everyone is about it the minute December comes. Goals are a key and crucial part of progression but unrealistic ideas or no inspiration behind them, often end up diminishing their existence.
I think it's safe to say that one of the biggest areas people swear they're going to improve in is health - be it their physical size or appearance, eating habits, or gym commitments. To be completely honest? I made none of those. But as someone who loves to cook and eat (I swear) in a healthier, greener manner - I seek inspiration on new things to try or educate myself on regularly.
Since the online presence is bigger than ever, with resources readily at our fingertips, what better place to find all the inspiration and motivation you need (in any area). I'm sharing a few favourite accounts, that are sure to keep you wanting to try something new and eat healthy, everytime they appear on your feed.

Instagram Lately
More often than not, I get lazy and skip the blog posts (occasionally skip linking the details via ShopStyle) and just do a quick caption and upload. Also, I get a ton of questions about some of the things on my instagram from this seeing it via sharing instead of on the platform itself - so I've decided to jump on board with doing monthly (ideally) round ups of what's been on my instagram account with full details, shopping links, background stories etc.
Rheo's begun to represent and model for some kid brands - including this one, Posh & Cozy, that's been frequently featured on my profile. It's a Canadian brand truly designed with kids in mind. Although we have more products to showcase (like the slouchy toque and reversible bibdana) these are easily his new favourite pants.
Full post coming, but this was featuring my new favourite beauty product. Even cuter? The model all over the JOE site, is a childhood friend of mine.
Every day's an adventure.
Our sweet boy is half-way to a year old.
