I almost always go for something free formed, flowing, or oversized and untamed – part personal style and part because it’s kind of the easiest go to, being petite. But when it comes to handbags, I’m obsessed with clean lines and solid shape. It's hard to deny classic structure or style.

I stopped with handbags (and sadly, got rid of almost all of them) when I started toting a diaper bag around. Semi-regret that but also love that we are getting to a point in parenthood where we can get out the door a lot lighter, which means “you’re back in” personal purse. And I’m loving this oversized crossbody from Hieleven. Not only because the style meets all the things I like design wise, but it’s also super affordable without sacrificing quality or look.
